Turn your headlights on, and then try turning the high beams on and off. See if you hear the relays latching. It should sound like a click. The click should be coming from the fuse box.
If there is clicking coming from the relay, then it is not the MFS (multi-function stalk).
If there is clicking coming from the relay, then it is not the MFS (multi-function stalk).

Try removing all of the aftermarket LED products, and installing OEM halogen lamps. Then try to diagnose it.
Sometimes it's those aftermarket parts.
We know that when you activate the multifunction switch, the relay clicks. That's good. Now we have isolated the problem as being from the relay, to the headlamp.
Have you actually pulled your headlights out? Are they burnt out? Look at the wiring harness connecting the lamp. Is that burnt out? Check the wiring from the relay to the headlamp.
