P2197 Code Rough idle/Stalling

Hoping someone can help. I've put some money into my 2004 F150 5.4 by replacing oil pump, timing chains, cam phasers, plugs and coils.....Its throwing a P2197 code and has a rough idle. Gas mileage is brutal. I just got a OBD reader but am a total newbie with it. Thinking it was an O2 sensor but wondering if i have a vacuum leak somewhere. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I checked for a vacuum leak and did not find anything. Ran the scan tool and got the following freeze frame data:

Short term fuel % trim bank 1 0.78125
Long term fuel % trim bank 1 -14.0625
Short term fuel % trim bank 2 57.03125
Long term fuel % bank 2 0%

02 sensor 1 bank 1 voltage .755 v
02 sensor 1 bank 1 short term fuel trim 0.78125 %
02 sensor 2 bank 1 voltage .77 v
02 sensor 2 bank 1 short term fuel trim NaN%
02 sensor 1 bank 2 voltage 0.1 v
02 sensor 1 bank 2 short term fuel trim 57.03125 %
02 sensor 2 bank 2 voltage .83 v
02 sensor 2 bank 2 short term fuel trim NaN%

In this case, I'd suspect you have a bad sensor or a wiring issue.

Thanks for the replies. By the looks of things I think I will try and replace the 02 sensor 1 bank 2 as it seems out of whack.

Replaced the 02 sensor and no change....Cleared the code and it is not setting off anything yet. Next thought is plugged cat's...

If the cats are plugged, it would be way down on power.

what are the short term fuel numbers now?

Took it in and had mechanic look at it....Found the issue was a broken spark plug...Had to really look hard to find the broken plug, wasn't real noticeable. I had replaced them this past summer and it seemed to go well when i did it so not sure if i got the plug already broken or if i busted it installing it (don't believe that I did)

It seems to be running fine but now i'm getting a P2198 and P2196 code and gas mileage is still brutal.....
