2007 F150 V6 runs rough
 

I cannot get more than 3k rpm, replaced plug wires and plugs. Anyone know anything to help?

It sounds like your cats are plugged.

I'm sure you've got a check engine light on... even if it isn't see if there are any pending or confirmed codes.

If you don't have an OBDII scanner, most major auto parts stores will let you use theirs...
