2004 Triton V8 5.4 Lurching on acceleration.

Hello everyone. I own a 2004 F-150 with a Triton V8 5.4 with 100,000 miles . A few months ago my truck began violently shaking with the engine and the check engine light came on. I feared it was the dreaded cam-phaser issue. He ran some diagnostics and confirmed that it was most likely the cam-phaser. As long as I was constantly changing my oil this problem would not come back.
I went away to college and I am home for thanksgiving. Earlier today, I started my tuck after a night of sitting. I noticed right away that it was unusually rough. As I was driving down the road, the throttle was cutting in and out as if I was repeatedly stomping on the gas. It eventually stalled out and the check engine light came on and the battery light came on. The dash also said low oil pressure, but my gauge was reading high. I got it started again and made it home. I have had wire corrosion before so I really don't know where to start with this. Ive had to jump it twice last week but I assumed it was due to my amplifier for my subwoofers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get the codes read. Check the FPDM for corrosion. How long has it been since the plugs were changed? Does the engine run quietly or is there a lot of valve train noise?

I will take it to the dealership most likely tomorrow. The plugs have not been changed since the time I've owned it. I bought it in 2016 with 79,000 miles. It does run really rough and loud. It has that ticking sound that you hear with these engines.

You may have multiple problems. Look at this video for knock information.

Interesting Problem

So I am on break from school and now I have some free time to fix my truck. I bought a cheap code reader on Amazon and gave it a try. My battery was completely dead which I thought was very interesting. After a jump I got the codes P0171 and P0174 saying that system too lean in bank 1 and 2. I was curious about what was killing my battery so I disconnected everything I had wired to it. The problem I had before where the throttle was rhythmically cutting out was gone. Could my light bar or subwoofer have caused something to go wrong with my MAF?

Have your charging system and battery checked out.
