Dials and lights on instrument panel

so this has happened to me a couple of times where I would start my 2006 F-150 Lariat 4X4 with a 5.4L V8 and the dials start wiggling around the lights come in and my miles turned to KM. It stays like that for a bit and they all start working normal again.

the picture here is when I was driving and it happened.

Anyone have ave any idea why this is happening? Or have had similar issues?

I would start by getting your battery and alternator checked.

Next thing I would check is the fuse boxes for corrosion or water ingress. Also check grounding straps for corrosion.
