Will only come out of park if the headlights are turned off but the red indecater dosn’t move.if lights are on the turn signals don’t work. A/c also don’t work. All the fuses look good but when I use a test light on them some won’t light up the test light

It sounds like a relay.

 

Bad ground.

Remove both kick panels and inspect the grounding studs and their connections.
