2004 f150 Screw fan blower intermittant stopping
Hi I have 04 f150 lariat 5.4 screw Im having issues with the fan. I have a/c on it seems to go through the different levels low to high sounds like its working but nothing is coming out of vents. This so far only seems to happen after driving for some time like 1.5 -2 hrs. Last night it happened in under an hour but I toggled through the low high settings a few times it seemed to come back full blast eventually. Its digital buttons. Any help is appreciated.

I've never heard of a blower resistor "starting to go out". When they go, they're gone. In any event, since he identified his system as a digital control, he doesn't have a blower resistor. The ETC uses an electronic control module that provides continuously variable motor speed control under the command of the EATC module.
Check and see if the airflow is diverting to one of the other outlets (defrost or floor).
Check for evaporator icing or obstruction.
If you're using recirculate, check the inlet door operation including for any obstruction.
