2004 f150 ford pickup hard to start

I replaced the fuel fitter, shift cable, mass flow sensor, battery,and range sensor all on my 04 ford f150 and it is still hard to start what should I do

We need a little more info than that. We can't see your truck thru the Interwebs...

In any event... some stuff that can help us help you:

Is it a new body style or is it a heritage model?

What engine?

Any OBD Codes? If so, please specify the numbers.

Any aftermarket modifications?
