Well to start I bought a 2005 F150 from a buddy of mine had a slight mis so I did a tune up new coil packs new plugs still had a miss took it to a shop they said must be an intake leak I tore the and take off and discovered a broken valve contacted my body got a parts motor from his yard motor had AA spawn main bearing and rod bearing So I took the heads off of that motor and put them on my motor with a brand new crank kit new pistons Cam followers lifters timing set oil pump and Water pump got it back running had to change the Cam phaser solonoids 3 times They kept sticking also changed Cam phasers twice noticed a little wear in the cam bearing faces the motor will start and run fine until it warms up then it has a slight miss but stalls at a stoplight no raddling but real crapy power please help I'm lost will going with a thicker oil help woundering if the pressure is not high enough
