dip stick tube help

my dip stick tube bolt rotted out from the block which caused the tube to break. how do i get the old one out of the oil pan???? I have the new one.

To do it right, you should remove the oil pan, and drill the old one out carefully with the same diameter as the current hole (basically clean out the remnants of the broken dipstick tube).
