06',5.4 3 valve

Thought it was a exhaust leak , found a cracked mani in the area I found the noise . We I put new Gibson headers on and noise is still there. So I figured out it's a lasher adjuster now can I replace one ? Or could I do a motor flush and new oil to try to get it to stop ?

You sure it isn't cam phasers?

Im not 100% sure but i used a stehiscope and it brought me back to the #4 cyl ( pass side back) that is were my cracked manifold was too in between #3&#4 cyl, whats the coisnidence of that actually? Werid but i tell you im about at my wits end on this truck , on top of im making giant payments on it i have put a butt load of money at this thing and gotten no were. The noise is just annyoing and im getting tired of people saying arnt you going to fix that lol . Thanks for the reply . Any info to help , helps you know ?
