Is this a leak from the heads?

I thought I had a rear main seal leak, but after having that replaced and a good under pressure washing it looks like its coming from the heads.
05 f150 v6 auto.
Can anyone help confirm this from the pics below? and whats best way to fix this.



The pan bolts look pretty dry so Im thinking the pan gasket is good.

Valve cover gaskets?

yes, it is the valve cover gaskets. Now if I can only find a youtube video on how to change the gaskets out that would be great. Everything Ive found so far is for late 90's models.
