Lower Arm Bolts coming loose

So I've been having some issues with my truck from thumping noises to loose steering and finally had the chance to get under the truck and figure out what was wrong. I got under the truck at a friends shop and could find nothing out of the ordinary until I noticed some wear on the lower arm bolts. They had some fresh wear right around the washer and after looking into it. The Rear bolt was loose. Loose enough to move the cam washer by hand. Any clue what could cause this bolt to come loose? Both sides were the exact same way

Couldn't tell you about the bolts. The knock I had in the front end of my 2004 Screw was due to worn bushings on the sway bar. I also had broken strut mounts both sides which allowed the struts to move around at the top. It wasn't noticeable until I got it apart and the mount came out in 3 pieces. Kinda hard to figure since I did no major or fast off roading. The truck was mostly hiway driven. I replaced the entire front struts, springs, and mounts with lifetime Monroe parts. That raised the front end up to level. I replaced the bushings with performance polyurethane units. It drove like a new truck and no noise or knocking.
