I have a 2004 F150 with 5.4 3v that is locked up, I bought it that way. Now for changing the engine, is it possible to swap it for a 99 5.4? I came across a reman engine with 3000 miles and the truck was wrecked.. thank you in advance

Anything is possible, but it would have a lot less power.
