rear differential breather... "connector"? missing - need part number please

So I recently had my brake lines replaced for stainless steel braided ones, and noticed just tonight that my rear differential breather hose isn't connected anymore. It appears the "connector" part on the axle housing (that I guess holds the rear brake line to the axle housing as well) was replaced by a regular bolt (see image 1). I think I am looking for a part similar to image 2 to screw into the brake line "splitter box" and the axle, as well as allow the breather hose to slide over it.

Where are my parts gurus? Any idea what the part is called, or better yet, have a part number?

Thanks!

Well, likely little help, but here's a pic in place on an '07?
My '77 has what looks like the same setup.
Should be easy to get at Ford?
If it don't vent, you're gonna get seal leaks.
