I did a plug change on mine about 6 months ago, all 8 plugs broke, and they looked EXACTLY like yours. Your sparkplug tips had the same issues as mine(electrodes burnt off/bent) and porcelain cracked off. I also was MISSING an electrode on one plug, I think it fell into the cylinder head. You look like your missing one as well.
I did my best to blow out the cylinders with compressed air, but I was really worried about debris in the cylinder heads/chamber. I played it REALLY safe and had the truck towed to the dealer where I had them bore scope every cylinder. They found large/small chunks of debris in the cylinders and were able to clean them out with compressed air and verified it was clean with a bore scope. They then oiled the engine from the top to coat the cylinders and slowly cranked the engine by hand to check for binding. $600 later I got the truck back, and runs like a beast....
I hope you didn't get debris in there and damage the cylinders.............
That sounds like an expensive trip. I can say with confidence that there were not any chunks or debris left in the cylinders. Misfire issue was corrected today. Post will follow shortly. Runs very smooth.

Thank you. Did not notice any difference in performance with the fuel filter swap.
Truck was misfiring after installing all 8 brand new spark plugs.
Cylinder 7 was misfiring. Removed the coil and realized that too much dielectric grease was applied. Wiped it and applied a thin layer. Swapped the coil with cylinder 6 to ensure that the coil was not malfunctioning. Started the engine and cylinder 7 no longer misfired. However, mysteriously, cylinder 4 started misfiring.
Removed coil on cylinder 4. Same process of reapplying the dielectric grease and swapped both plug and coil with cylinder 1 (easier access). Started the engine and cylinder 1 was misfiring. Replaced cylinder 1 (brand new plug with less than 50 kms [30 miles] on it) with another brand new plug. Started the engine, no misfires. I received a brand new spark plug that was defective. Will request a refund tomorrow.
Both plugs are brand new. Left is replacement. Right is defective.
Check engine light no longer exists after the cam sensors were replaced.
New issues: Idle Air Control is malfunctioning. It has been since the transmission replacement. Passenger-side window refuses to go up if rolled down. It emitting strange cracking noise prior to replacement (similar to the driver-side window) and now requires immediate attention.
Received aftermarket IAC and it doesn't fit. Turns out that on these trucks, they are controlled electronically. Will clean throttle body to see if it fixes the surging idle.
