Howdy.
Nice clean truck - congrats!
Now:
You need to do one (or both) of 2 things.
1. Remove the CAI and install the stock one.
2. Contact PHP and convert yer EVO to a Gryphon, and purchase Custom tuning to render the intake safe (lucky fer you, they are also in Jawjuh, lol) www.gopowerhungry.com
Then you can reinstall the CAI.

Lastly - Edge themselves plainly stipulates that their canned tuning is only to be used with STOCK intakes. They use the Stock MAF transfer function only applicable fer same.
2004-2005 3V's are the worst in this regard - but any slot-style MAF-equipped truck needs scrutiny in this regard.
BTW - a set of 4.10-4.56 gears is missing from yer list. I've driven trucks like yers - they be Dawgs wif stock gearing and oversized (and heavy) running gear.
Some Maintenance reference info - just FYI: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...ml#post5106400
MUCH better Heads:

And - something you should be aware of w.r.t. Fartmasters ( in case ye wonderin' where ye low-end grunt went ): https://www.f150online.com/forums/ch...ml#post1754796
Good news is - y'all can fix all of this and the difference in perf will be quite significant - and SAFE.
BTW - ye gunna have ye one hell o' a time fittin' them 5-bolt rotors to ye 6-bolt hubs
NOT givin' ye the gears (outta stock) - just tryin' t' hep. Don't be a-shootin' da messenger - it be Valentine's Day
G'luck!

I plan to do the Gryphon switch as soon as I am back stateside, but I am not looking to gain a whole lot...just want to calibrate my speedo and track the mpg
As for the gears I am running 3:73 so I think I am ok for what its worth
And last, personally, I am not a light/led queen by any means! Just an OEM spec guy with the truck...
All serious mods will go towards my play toy

Yea I was reading some reviews on them and will be getting them soon. Can you post more pics of them?
