My 2007 FX4 5.4 liter has an exhaust leak, turns out it's leaking at the manifold. The manifold has warped and broken the bolts off. Anybody else had this problem? Any tips on fixing it without pulling the motor? Thanks

 

Very common Triton thing. These manifolds suck.

 

Generally happens in northern areas where salt corrosion is an issue.
