Which sway bar end links?

Okay, direct and to the point. I can easily wiggle my sway bar ends around, particularly the drivers side, and I get a squaking groaning clunking noise from right in that area. Everything else front end wise is tight, so I know I need to replace those links. Yes I should have done it when I had the front end apart for ball joints, live and learn...

I have seen so many mixed reviews on them I really have no clue who makes good end links for these trucks, and what the proper procedure is to R&R them...

I have the Haynes manual for the truck for all the good it does. I just don't know that the procedure they outline is right, or even workable...

I know in prior situations such as my 84 Jeep, rubber components were easily found aftermarket with Urethane. I don't see anything offered as upgrade for our trucks... Am I missing a page from Energy Suspensions catalog or something?

Should I do the bushings at the same time as the end links?

I must admit, I am a bit surprised nobody has chimed in on this...
