Need help. turn signals won't work on newly installed tow mirrors
 

I have a 2007 XLT screw 2WD. I just installed some power tow mirrors. Power, turn signal, heat and puddle lamps. The power to move the mirrors work. The puddle lamps work. I don't really care that the heat doesn't work. But the turn signals don't work. I have read and read and searched but can't find an answer. How can I get my turn signals on my tow mirrors to work? Do I need to move pins? Would I need to do some wiring work? I appreciate any help with this.

use the search tool on this site and search tow mirrors. there is a thread that contains all of the information needed to make the turn signals work. if you decide you want the heated mirrors to work you will need to change your fuse panel to one that has the heated mirror circuits and the hvac control panel.

I searched a lot already and cant find anything that will give me a clear answer. That's why im asking here. I have seen the post that talk about the 06 and older years but nothing that pertains to 07 and on.

Someone knows and is so please help. It's bugging me that the turn signals don't work.

My XLT being a 2007 and plugging in the tow mirrors then everything should work except since I do not have the defrost already in it that is the only thing that shouldn't work right? So then if after plugging in the tow mirrors and the turn signals do not work, then I must be missing the turn signal wiring up to the mirrors on my truck? Can anyone confirm this?
