New '08 4x4 owner,misFIRED UP :(

4.6L 2valve V8
New motorcraft plugs, new Denso ignition coils, fuel injectors swapped (good)
3rd. cylinder still misfires
As far as I know the only thing left is electrical or compression (expensive)
Any input would be great

Thanks in advance,
Kip

Is the plug on the connector to plug 3 in good shape, get a volt meter on it or something. Or try to swap a coil pack around and see what it does.

Its been said many times on here but when it comes to coils/plugs its best to stick with motorcraft. For some reason they seem to work best. See if you can get your hands on one for cyl3 and see if that helps.

Yep, that's what I would do. Also, make sure you did not crack the plug during installation.

Pull the plug, check gap and for any kind of damage.
