Help. New window regulator and still doesn't work

'04 supercrew, both my rear windows were broken, bought two new regulators and installed both.

Passenger rear side works great, done!!!

Drivers side is still not working after installing the new pwr window regulator.

What I have tried so far:
1- tested and successfully getting 11volts to the plug on inside door that plugs into the motor for pwr window (one side gets 11v when pushing button up and the other side in plug is getting 11v when pushing window button down on panel)
2- I took the new and old regulator from the side that is not working and plugged into the passenger rear side and (wait for it...), AND BOTH REGULATORS WORK FINE! (what the...??)
3- took the button switch from the passengers side (side that works) plugged into the drivers side, still not working

Seems like it could be getting 11 volts but no amps???
I don't know what else to try here?
Suggestions? Please help

Thanks all

Check UR voltage drop when U energize it. Then look to the ground circuit. It may be damaged when the window was broken. I understand the window isn't stuck, it moves freely up and down and I know it isn't UR rear door window shut off switch ?

Thanks for suggestions. I will test voltage and ground this morning.

FYI, window is free from obstruction and I have also already made sure it was not the window lock switch on drivers door.

Thanks again
