HELP! codes P2195 P2197

I am getting both of the above error codes. I know it is related to the air intake and such. Anyone else have the same problem. Common breaks?

I've Might, I Don't Remember The Codes My Truck Gave But I've Found This, P2195 and P2197 means that the O2 sensors on each bank are seeing WAY too much oxygen in the exhaust gas. In normal operation the signal from the O2 sensors should swing back and forth between rich and lean... Your sensors are locked on lean

I'm assuming you have the 5.4, any mods?

No mods to the engine what so ever. I reset the codes and they haven't come back. Hmm.. doubt I fixed the problem but well have to see.
