Replaced Spark Plugs on 2007 FX4

I just successfully replaced my sparks plugs and grateful an ex-Ford mechanic was behind the counter at the parts store when I purchased the plugs. I told him that my truck is running rough and misses, and I’m sure the plugs needed to be changed being over 75k miles. He told me to be very careful, because the spark plugs are notorious for breaking off while attempting removal, and suggested using a Break Free lube to help. I told him that I plan on replacing the plugs with the engine warm/heated up, and he agreed. Well, the 2 difficult plugs that felt like they may break while I was removing were the bad/defective ones that caused the engine to misfire. So, my suggestions to all, replace your spark plugs when the truck reaches 65K miles to avoid broken plugs, or ensure the truck’s engine is warm/heated up before replacing the plugs. I would do both...

You've been here 4 years and this is your 2nd post? And this is the for sale section ya know? OK, everyone always says to change plugs on a stone cold engine. Does that not apply on these engines?

Having the engine warm helps with these 3V aluminum heads. I did my own and that is what I did.
Also, why is this in the for sale thread?

This is NOT the 'For Sale' thread. That's down below, and, yes...it's better to have the 3v engine warm to hot for the plug removal
