37's most likely will not fit unless you add that level on top

with just the 6" kit?

heck no, those 37" tires won't fit

that being said, a few years back many guys were running 6" kits with 2.5" leveling kits stacked ontop of the coil-overs and a AAL out back.

problem with stacking is the angle you place on the ball joints. it can get pretty extreme. Coupled with your wicked loss of power and I'm not sure how happy you'll be

my F-250 has 325 HP/570 TQ. Stock vs my 35" tires causes a pretty noticeable power loss. I can live with it because I have an excess of torque....but your truck at best case only has 300 HP/365 TQ. You will notice going from 32" tires to 33" tires....the jump to 35" tires is even bigger.

Hope you plan on regearing the axles to 4.56 or 4.88 very soon

put on a leveling kit on top of your six and it will work, with some trimming.
also the 325 tires you suggested are wider then the 12.50 width of the 37inch tires.
325/ 25.4 and that will tell you how wide that is in inches

Thats a good list. Later if the 35's aren't your flavor, going to 37's won't be terribly hard

As for Regearing, I'd take it to Ford if they are competitively priced. You'll get a 1yr warranty on the work, and they can go ahead and fix speedo while in there

Just make sure whoever does the work that they have a clue. Improperly setup rear diffs make noise. Noise = fubar'd gears.

Also, use only FRPP gears. Avoid the ones with "M" in the part #!!!! M = Motive and they are known for being faulty/noisy straight out of the box

You can fit 37's with a 6" lift, but probably not with the wheels you have. The backspacing of 4.53"s is not enough and will stick your tires way outside the wheels wells, thus causing rubbing issues.

Yeah, overpriced

About $1500 total for both axles is more appropriate. That includes parts and labor. Try 4WheelParts if you have one nearby

why'd you edit your reply?

but yeah, at least 4.56 minimum for those 37's. 4.88 would be a better choice

your truck your money. throw up some pics once you get it done

trust me, if you run 35's and want the truck to not be a dog, get her regeared

it's like bolting on an extra +30 RWHP. The extra gearing really helps your truck cope.

if you do this, I'd do the 4.56 gears. They'll put your final driveline ratio back to near stock. They nicely complement the 35's. 4.10 gears aren't much of a jump from the OEM 3.73's. Not really noticeable IMO.
