odd vibration

I just started getting an odd vibration from the truck. When I go to take off from a stop, only when turning, either left or right, I get a small vibration. It happens both ways and only at a certain clock position of the steering wheel, again both directions. I thought it may have been tire rub on the fender well so I checked clearances and didn't find any rubbing. My next thought is LSD chatter in the rear, but it feels like its coming from the front. Anyone have any other thoughts of what to check in the front? Cv axles aren't sloppy and steering is smooth. It doesn't happen at higher speed turning, only when I'm accelerating from a stop and turning. Possibly a weird low grade misfire issue?

How many miles on the truck, and has the rear diff fluid ever been changed? I'm thinking LS clutch chatter.

The truck itself has 148k, the motor and trans have 1400. I was thinking the same because I doubt the fluid has been changed. I'll change it and add the friction modifier next week. If that's not it, you have any other thoughts in your bag o trucks?
