Nothing yet , Im going to have a full service here soon , plugs, tranny etc. I got the truck cheap enough to where I can put some money into it and still be good.

Every time I call Mcneil Racing I get someone different and I get a different story , either I get Perry , Mike or Mark Mcneil , I even got Perry's wife one time. First time I called (coming on 3 weeks ago) and ordered I got Mark on the phone , He said he had all the parts in stock except the 2 bedsides and he would have those done soon and probably be shipped out within a week. Then I called back a week later and got Mike (marks brother) he said that they were in the process of making the front fenders and it would be ready soon .... Next time I called back I got Perry , he didnt know what the status was because he was in a different state picking up a truck. Next time I called back last week I got Mike again he said the power was out for 2 days and it backed them up I should call back next week. So I call back this past monday and I get Mike , he says they just got a shipment of parts in from Mexico (where their factory is) and he thinks all my parts are done but he has to check so I said ok Ill call back tuesday. So I call back yesterday and I get Mark and he says all the parts arrived except the BEDSIDES, that someone bought the bedsides right before I placed my order and that mine would be done soon..... So here I sit and wait......

 

The saga continues...subscribed...

 

Holy crap that sucks man! I would be blowing my top so bad those guys would be driving to my house on Sunday with the parts to get rid of me. Hope it improves for you soon.

 

yeah, for something like this, i'd probably try to put down a deposit, and then when they are ready to ship, make the final payment. that way they have a reason to get it done in a timely manner. sucks you've had to wait.

 

I dont mind waiting if someone is up front when I order something , tell me hey we are backed up and it will be 3 weeks before we ship, dont promise me a week and then Im still waiting 3 weeks later......

 

yeah, that is annoying.

Well just an update to the Saga. Called Mcneil yesterday , got Mike on the phone. He said his brother took my order and somehow or another he was unsure and thought I ordered them for a raptor and got 2 raptor bedsides instead of the ones for an F150....
I said whats the difference? He says the raptor bedsides are 1 inch shorter that the F150s and they made the ones for my truck 1 inch longer. He promised that they would be there today and if they didnt ship today then it would be monday... so here I sit and wait...

 

Damn that sucks, oh well hopefully it all gets to you quickly
