Park Assist Problem - 06 FX4

So the park assist on my 06 FX4 screw has worked fine since I got it [2 months ago] ... until last week. I pulled the neg terminal on the battery to turn off the SES light [rear O2 sensor - part on order] and once I reconnected it the problem with my park assist started.

Now, everytime I put it in reverse the "Off" light comes on. This didn't happen before I reset the PCM. Is this a huge coincidence or am I missing something? Is there something else I should check / reset? I searched but couldn't find anything on this. TIA

Have you checked your owners manual?
Fuse?
Sensors?
Connections?
Module?

Assuming it is related to pulling the terminal I would check the manual for the fuse related to park assist and check it.

If unrelated see list above.

take a look at the powerstroke.org (i think) website. There is a good write up about checking and replacing the sensors.
They are all linked together so if one goes they all quick working. Typically if you swap out 1 another will go out in a month.
