nice, what front axle are you going with? i have a '75 fj40 i've been building up for trail duty.

Sick trucks. As far as tires go- If you want a MT that's great offroad and OK on the street the BFG KM2's are nice, but expensive. I have them now(285/70/17) but am switching to AT's this weekend. They do fine below 50mph, but over 50 and they vibrate, not sure if I just got a bad tire, but it's annoying. I've had them re-balanced 4 times with ~20k miles on them, and they still vibrate. Great offroad, but if you're doing a lot of highway driving you may want to stay away from them.

im just gonna put an axle from an 84 pickup in it, run the rear leafsprings up front and 63" chevys in the the rear...maybe later on down the road when i pick up a few more ranks and make a little more money i will link it

silk-yeah i know alot of guys who run those on their rigs, but i dont know about running them just on the road...i basically want the mud tires on the ford for the look

May just be the angle, just looked like it somehow? Maybe it's being a short cab exagerates the rake?

little update- just ordered some 295/70/18 trail grappelers....so they will get added to the pile at my house until i get home. between the yota and the ford i have a nice size pile going haha
