Whats next?

I been searching a browsing the forum for a while now, alot of useful info on here. But this is my first post
I have a 08 f150 4.6 crewcab with s&b intake, efans, gryphon with custom tunes and a magnaflow muffler.
My question is what should i do next for better performance.
I was thinking gears or full exhaust. Both would be done with time.
My current gears is a 8.8 3.55 and im running 305/40/23 tires. Should i up my gears to a 4.10? 4.30?
It is a daily driver just want as much performance i can get.

i dont think you are going to get any noticeable performance increase with an exhaust.

Wouldn't bother with an exhaust unless you go forced induction. Gearing is really all that is left, which I woldn't go higher than 4.10 unless you are wanting bigger tires. It would be a noticeable change in acceleration over the 3.55's.

Cool thats what i was thinking. just not sure between the 4.10 and 4.30s
And exhuast i would also include headers.

The headers aren't worth much bang for the buck, imo, without something on the front end. The 4.30's are definitely an option since you're 2WD, but I would hesititate to go that high unless you plan on larger diameter tires or tow heavy trailers. The 4.10's are about the best compromise in street performance and liveable highway mileage.

Might start saving up for a turbo build next.
