Truck died then started but wont start now

I have a 2005 f150 lariat. I have a amp but I took my speakers out but the amps still attached but turned all the way down. I was driving today and hit a stop sign and took off and turned the corner and the truck died. I got it pushed off the road and after a few times it fired off. I made my way to the gym and worked out and the truck fired right off when leaving there. I went to go to a friends later tonight and it fired off this time to. When I went to leave my friends it would just turn over and wouldnt fire off. What could be the cause of this. I have a warrrenty still but I don't want to take it in if it's not going to be cover or its something simple. The battery is brand new. Could it be my spark plugs?

when you "hit the stop sign" do you mean literally hit it or just trying to sound cool? if you actually hit it, then possibly knocked a sensor loose off your intake tube.

but if you didnt actually hit it then it could be your fuel injectors sticking, since 05's are known to have sticky injectors. also when was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

Maybe check the fuel pump control module above the spare tire.

Definitely check the fuel pump driver module. Drop the spare, you'll see it on the cross member more toward the drivers side. It may be cracked. You'll need to remove it and inspect it.

If it's cracked, get one from a dealer and install yourself. It's very easy and will save you money.

I ended up getting it towed because I read into my warrenty I had bought and basically covers everything. It turns out it was that indeed. Thanks guys.
