A/C Fan Making Noise

Lately my A/C fan has been making a ticking noise while it's running. I'm guessing there is a leaf or something rubbing up against it causing the noise. Does anyone have a "How To" guide to get to the cabin air filter or to the fan?

You don't have a cabin air filter.

Oh, I thought all modern day cars had them. Well can I get to the A/C blower without taking the dash apart?
