Could try putting dynomat or some kind of sound deadning around the plastic clips or mounting screws.

The rear door latch on my '07 SuperCab rattled. I took it to the dealer and had it adjusted under warranty. The rattle returned a few weeks later.

The fix was to put my hand even with the back door glass when closing. This ensured proper engagement of the door latch.

I could always tell that my wife had driven the truck. The back door would rattle. I would have to pull over and open & close the door to make it stop.

Something to try.
