Power window problem

I have a 2004 f150 supercrew. The passenger side window has decided to give me some problems. It is very strange the window will roll down but not up. When I hit the up button there is no noise or anything. The driver side button has the same effect. So right now its stuck at half way down. Anyone have any ideas before I take it to the dealership?

Pop the button off and see if using a paper clip or something similar to press down on the contact (try them until you find the right one) and see it goes up. If it does the switch is just worn out. Will the passenger side roll up if you use the passenger side switch?

If the window isnt able to control from either side it might be a motor issue.

No neither of the switches will roll it up but they will roll it down.

Is this the same problem if your drivers side rolls up slowly? Mine likes to roll up slowly on my drivers side.

Looks like I might have to try taking it apart when I get some free time. most likely tomorrow or this weekend. depending on weather as well. Garage is too full to park inside to work on the truck. :-(

Replacing the motor/regulator on these trucks is pretty easy. MUCH more simple than on my old Chevys.

As it turns out it was the drivers side power window switch. Apparently all the windows power are wired to the main switch and if it goes bad the other switches will not be able to get power.
