06 F150 wont start!!

Hope someone can help me out, went to truck this morning and cranked it over didnt start!!, heard the loud click coming from starter but engine wouldnt turn over. Ive looked on here to see and follow steps from others who have experienced this but i cant figure it out. I had the battery tested, inspected all power/ground cables for corrosion or breaks. checked the fuse, replaced the starter solenoid from the fuse box, and checked computer for codes none present. I dont even get the clicking noise anymore from the starter are under the truck. Please Help.. Thanks

You try jumping it? Are your dome/headlights weak when they come on?

Sounds like the battery is dead.

loose or corroded wire at the starter? Bad starter?

Nvm you already look for those, is it possible that the starter just locked up?

Could it be the pats key?

Update

Ok now im really frustrated, I took the starter out and had it tested and it passed. so now Im at a total loss to explain why my truck wont start.

can you get a known good battery and install it. dont just jump it. i had a truck a few years ago and had the same problem. i was at work and check all that you did. would not jump start. got 2 guys that worked on the ground equipment and they could not get it. out of frustration i took a battery out of another truck and it started right up. replaced the battery and never had another problem.

Get a new battery. That's the easiest and simplest solution, which should be the first choice.

I had this problem and had my starter tested as well. When I had the starter out I could see that it had been arc-ing against the housing (last owner must have had some work done), turns out it was not bolted on tight enough and I did not have a good ground. So I cleaned it up with a wire brush and put it back on. Has worked perfectly since (6 months).

I replaced the batter first with no luck.

Good luck.

New battery

I actrually took the battery out went Autozone they tested it said it was bad gave me a new one and the truck still wont start..

did you ever get this figured out and fixed? what was the solution?

I just had this problem in my car. I went through a ton of diagnostics. Turns out it was just a bad ground connection. Ground out your battery to the engine block (I just used a jumper cable and hooked the negative terminal to the engine block), if it starts then that is the problem. Took me 5 minutes to fix and less than $1 to clean the ground. Saved me a ton of money.
