Clunking in rear of truck

I can't tell exactly where it is coming from, but if I am stopped and turn the wheel then accelerate, there is a vibration I feel throughout the truck. Also, when ever I turn or roll over a bump (even a small bump) there is a clunking noise that sounds like its coming from the rear of the truck. Lastly, when driving at all speeds, I feel a vibration in the steering wheels and even in the pedals. Can this all be related and what is it?

thanks for any help.

Crawl under the truck and find the driveshaft. Where ever you see a universal joint grab the driveshaft and push and pull on it to see if you can detect any movement. Any noticeable movement and the u-joint is toast. You may have a constant velocity joint that has two u-joints.
