plug question

plug question

I have done a search and have only come up with the long process of changing the plugs. Can anyone point me in the direction of instruction write up

What engine do you have? If you have the 4.2 V6 or the 4.6 V8 then just change them like any other plug. The 5.4 3V is the only one that has the problem plugs and you need to follow the latest T.S.B. for their removal.

where do I find that at? I have the 5.4. when i do a search I only find other peoples storys about there experince, i cant find a step by step process
