Arrow custom tune or flashpaq tuner?

I have a 2005 SuperCrew 4x4 with the 5.4 and I was wondering if it would be best dollar for dollar to go to a shop and get it tuned or get a flashpaq tuner? I'm looking for more giddy-up mostly and harder shifts, because the super long shifts make me mad

Theres tons of info on this in the tuning section do a quick search...

But the best bang for your buck is to have it tuned on the dyno. myself I had Troyer performance do all my tuning, but theres others out there VMP, PHP exc... take your pick
