05 Trans fault with o2 sensor faults

Ok folks here's my issue I have an 05 fx4 super crew it was running fine until I backed out of the grocery store on my lunch break. I got a trans fault would only stay in 2nd gear. It popped p0141 p0161 731 740 743 748 755 758 and 962 codes. After a short drive to work restarted no issues until a couple days after. Then it popped the same codes again while driving. Got it home next day it was fine. Looked around the net and replaced both bank 2 o2 sensors. Still have the same issue.
I am also running an edge Programmer it has had multiple years with no issues. What fuses or places should I start to look first.
thanks Troy

First, go to a parts store and get your battery and alternator fully tested. Then report back.

Popping that many codes usually is caused by a bad firewall connector in the main harness.

Just to rule the tune out, restore the stock programming. You can always reinstall the tune.

Focus your attention on CJB fuse F33 and its power distribution. it goes to the two downstream O2 sensors for heater power and to the transmission for operating power for all of the solenoids inside it.

Start by pulling the fuse and inspecting it and the "finger" contacts in its socket. A loose or corroded contact there will cause exactly what you are seeing.

After that, it gets harder and you'd need to check the connector on the back of the fuse box as well as the firewall connector that glc mentioned.

There's nothing wrong with the two O2 sensors you replaced. Put the old ones back in and get your money back.
