i want one for my f150, ive seen a few people put them on and they looked real good

 

I don't like them on the SD's even... they are corney as heck. Why not just stick with a nice black text on chrome emblem like the old ones?!

I know what started it all too... the stupid Buick Lucern. Since that Buick has been around I noticed Ford started putting fake side vents on Focuses, SD's and some other cars and trucks. Looks like someone went to Wal*Mart and bought stick on fender emblems.

I like the 3D one's the best if your going to do that.
Although, this requires a custom install and that's going to be the expensive part.

I have the Saleen Vents. I think a good solution to an emblem delete for those of us on a budget. IMO, not bad for $20.
You know that they are even because they use the OEM mounting points, and the matte black finish keeps it from looking tacky.

Look good but not worth the price that's for sure...between $44-50 plus free-$10 shipping...check ebay...type in F-150 fender vent...you'll find them...

 

that looks pretty ghetto if you ask me, why not put some take bullet stickers on it too

 

If people love those fake vents then why not do this:
