Help with engine TICK

Here is the video of it from my iPhone... hope you all can hear it ok...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOQAi9dn7wU

Over the past week my truck has been experiencing some loss of power and detonation every once and a while... I took it to ford and of course they could find nothing wrong with it, they said they hooked it upto their computer and took it for a spin and it all seemed fine. However, I spend 3 hours a day in my truck minimum and I know there is something amiss here. My truck has always made this tick but over the last few months it has gotten MUCH louder. Any idea what it could be?

Mods:

Bruteforce oilless CAI
Roush Dual Side Exit
PHP Custom Tuner (93 performance)

Could have been bad gas... still has the problems and I just changed my oil/filter/fuel filter at 3k miles just to be safe. Pump should be what it says... always buy at the same place and they are very reputable place

All i can hear is your a/c compressor clutch kicking in and out. I couldn't hear an engine noise but thats just me. My truck sounds just like that.

I didn;t watch the vid from work, but I just did.

Sounds like the A/C to me as well, never noticedmine, but they kick on and off all the time to keep from locking up, maybe it needs oiled? and checked?

If your freon level is a little low it may that the pressure valve is kicking it out to keep from burning the compressor up. Check your freon level or have it checked.

Hey man, I used to have this problem bad. The first time they had to replace the exhaust manifold, which could be the problem, and the second time i was just low on oil. It was annoying as hell, but after i fixed it it ran fine.
