Anyone with airbags and an aftermarket rear block?

I am looking at maybe getting a 3" ReadyLift block for the rear to replace the factory one, but I don't know if it will work with my Firestone Ride-Rite airbags. Does anyone have a setup like this? Were there any mods needed to make it work?

I think you might need these blocks for under the bags but i'm not sure.

i have airbags in the rear with a 5 inch block and a 2.5" AAL
