Actually it's not a soft cover - it's a BakFlip and it works great. The BakFlip has a soft ruber lip at the end that sits atop the standard tailgate. With the spoiler it also sits right up against it - like a rubber gasket seal in a Mason jar.

My original BakFlip was destroyed and I searched several tonneau covers and none would work because they had a hard end piece that had to either sit on top of or cover the standard tailgate lip and thus would not fit with the spoiler. To be fair, I did not look at soft covers. But the BakFlip works wonderfully with it.

It seals tight across the spoiler. It does leave a small - maybe 1/2 inch square opening on either side where the cover and the gate meet but this is easily made waterproof by the addition of a small piece of weather stripping to plug the opening.

Here's a pic...

I haven't plugged the hole yet because I don't carry anything routinely in the bed but when I do travel with luggage or something, the moisture getting in has been very minimal. I'll probably plug it before my summer travel season begins.

I liked the first rims better, and I hate the tail lights,

That said, I would own it like it is now, looks good though.

Doh! You're right of course, never thought of that. I tow a trailer very occasionally and just got used to leaving it there.

And I know a lot of you guys won't like the tail lights. It's a Chrome Edition Lariat so I decided to accent the chrome - that's why I went to the lights. I'm open to suggestions of something that would look better but don't want to black out and don't want red back there. Ideas?
