haha, i was going to do two simple door speakers on the sides. wrap it with pleather to match. top left have it angled up a little for the edge. ive been thinking about doing a sub, a ten. idk, i still like the idea of two door speakers. nothing crazy. just clean little box. eventually i will have two tens under the backseat.

Going to pick up a 1/2" x 4 x 8 sheet of mdf here soon. cant wait to get this built. this is my first speaker box.

and my edge, wow. i love it. been getting 20 mpg in the last two days, thats after i did a couple 0-60's and 1/4 miles of course lol. painted the little pod, its not as glossy as the pic shows. i dont like it though.

hey i appreciate it man.

i have been taking pics step by step, maybe when i get it all said and done ill have a cool little walk through.

question: when i wire my speakers, i was planning on doing one door speaker on both sides of the box. one at the driver right knee and one at the passenger left knee.

how should i wire them?

should i do the driver speaker (new speaker) wired to the passenger side door speaker (behind the head unit of coarse) or to the driver side door speaker?

here is my little diagram. the U being the new box. the arrows being the speakers.
----> <-U-> <----

I hope it turns out well, but I would die if I didn't have the room there in the middle, really handy when ( as it turns out last night ) the girl I take out can slide over next to me.

But, I suspect it will turn out well, I am not much for fabbing things my self.

Doesn't CST only make an 8" for our trucks. That doesn't look like an 8" lift
