On my 04 F-150 when i turn the wheel just about all the way to the left i hear a popping noise coming from the front right tire i climbed down there just a few mins ago to see if i could see if the tire was rubbing or anything like that and i could find a spot it just started doing this yesterday and i cant find out what it is and it is bugging the heck out of me... Any ideas what this might be? Please Help.

Check the swaybar end links, some times they loosen up or once in a great while just plain break. Otherwise I can't think of anything off the top of my head.

Do you have any suspension mods? Lift, level, lower?
