Blacking Out KR wheels?

Just playing around with photoshop. i really liked this look. I think leaving the tan color on the sides and just painting the face a gloss black. idk, what do yall think?

Ill do some more photo's.

since then i have blacked out my headlights. not looking to do a "blackout", just clean it up a little. i think LT handles would look good too.

Personally I'm not a fan of the black/tan, but it's hard to tell from a shopped picture. Then again, I don't think it's been done two-tone in that color before. You should be a pioneer and just try it out!

I think if you paint them then paint the entire wheel black including the center caps, Don't leave the tan at all..

Well you have to consider i have chrome bumpers and the second tone (tan), which wont change. I will shop one more with all black.

In my opinion I think you should leaf the face chrome and paint the inside black.

I see what you are saying. however remember the face is a brushed alloy look, not chrome.

o it still would look good, when I get aftermarket wheels for my truck I want dale jr. black cannon wheels and I think they are alloy face.

Yeah, with all of that into consideration I still say all black or no black for the wheels. If you are good with detail than you could tape off the center caps and leave the tan in the center car to keep the flow going on the truck but get rid of all the tan on the spokes. get a close up photo of the wheel and try to PS it like i described.

so your saying paint the chrome on the cap and the inside of the spokes?
