My little winter project (PICS)

Bought a Manik Brush Guard off Craigslist for $150 with the PIAA lights!!! such a steal! Im thinking about painting it with Rustoleum Hammered Black paint, it should hopefully hide the imperfections. Let me know what you think

Sanding:

yup all brackets included, gonna replace all the hardware with stainless steel. Also need to figure out how to hookup the lights when time comes (I have the wiring harness)

Did you sand blast it? Nice job stripping the powdercoating off. I hate powdercoat. Always chips and gets rust under it.

no sand blast, mostly used a orbital sander which works fairly good

Do it with bed liner paint instead.

Great deal! I always liked the Manik brush guard for the F150. Very solid guard, all welded and heavy. It looks like you're doing it right. I also vote for bedliner.
