Before I bought my HID kit people always flash there high beams at me they also thought I had my high beams on I would flash my high beam back at them, It always **** me off when they do that. I will see how my HID works out. There'a a picture of my HID in my album.

If you are getting flashed, then most likely you need to re-aim your headlights. These HID kits do cause glare. Depending on the manufacturer, it can sometimes be blinding glare. I've tried a couple of different ones. Yes, if you paint the headlights, it will reduce some glare ... but that won't make a huge difference IMO. Re-aiming your headlights will be the most significant thing to reduce that glare, especially for oncoming traffic. There's a hex pin on each side that you can turn to adjust the headlights.
