08 with 20k on it.Is this common or just my bad luck?

Took it to the dealer today and was told there is a tsb for the radio.Dont now if its just 08s or not.Funny thing when I left the dealer the radio was working again and all the presets and clock was correct.They ordered me a new one anyway.

 

i have had a short bed 04...a 08 super crew...and now have a long bed reg cab 08...all of them had the stock single cd/mp3...everyone of them were junk..skipped really bad..worked when they wanted to...i didnt bother with them because i new i was going aftermarket

 

i have had multiple customers with this issue as well, remove the radio and unplug it and plug it back in and it works...dont ask me why...Anyways that is what the TSB states to do.
