Have you ever done a mod you've later regretted?

Just wondering if anyone ever thinks about things like I do. Have you ever done a modification to your truck, that somewhere down the line you said to yourself, "You know, I wish I hadn't done that." It could be for any reason...price, look, performance...

I would have to say mine was the wider tires. At first I liked them because it made the truck look more bad @$$. But the novelty soon wore off.

They were pretty expensive, they didn't handle very well and they were much heavier so they probably decreased my MPG.

If I still have the truck when it comes for the next set of tires, I will be going back to the stock size. And I'll be getting a set with white lettering. The wide tires were blackwall and to me white lettering looks a lot cooler.

Yeah, I wish I would have gotten a 3" air force 1 intake instead of the 3.5" whenever I have to take my truck into the dealer and I have to return the truck back to stock, I also have to put my stock intake back on. The 3" intake will work with the stock tunes, the 3.5" will not, it throws a code almost immediately (I know, I tried it)

Bryan for pete's sake there's a test forum to bug people in.

I wish I went with a better lift kit. I really hate the spacers on top of my shocks when I could of just got the longer coil over shocks setup. At the time the idiots selling me the kit told me that the only difference between the kits was the front shocks. I thought different model shocks, not no shocks at all. So I got sort of screwed there. Now I don't have the money for all that stuff.

Those were the stock ones in that photo that I have since changed. That was an old picture. I now have a set of Kumhos on it. But you're right, the stock ones were perfect.

Not me. So far, everything I've done I'm happy with it.
